A few months ago I posted a review of HelloPanerai.com , an imitation watches site with pretty good Panerai replica watches. Since the last Panerai I received was a total disaster, I thought I could give this site another chance. As this HelloPanerai.net review will show, it turned out that their Panerai replica watches are not bad but their services are awful.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
Their Panerai replica watches look awesome in their pictures but the reality is different. My watch has a huge scratch on the leather bracelet and the magnifying lens over the date it's too big. Also, I had to change the battery because the watch stopped working after four days.
The Site: Usability and Design
The website looks pretty good and although their logo, “Learn the past, watch the present and create the future” sounds good, it has nothing to do with selling imitation watches.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
The customer support service is inexistent. I sent them an email explain the problem and I received a response in three days. They said they will send me a new bracelet and give me a compensation for the new battery but they stopped responding to my emails afterwards.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
The shipping fee in not very high but it's very slow. I received my watch in 17 days
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable
A reputable website should stand behind their products but these guys don't accept returns “unless on very special terms.”
The Bottom Line
Although I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase, I wouldn't risk buying another of their imitation watches.
